SOY UN FANATICO ARGENTINO DEL CANAL SONY Y RECIENTEMENTE HE DESCUBIERTO UNA NUEVA SITCOM LLAMADA "HOME IMPROVEMENT".LAMENTABLEMENTE ME HE PERDIDO LA PRIMERA TEMPORADA, PERO COMO ES UNA COSTUMBRE ESPERO QUE SONY REPITA LA SERIE COMPLETA CUANDO LLEGUE EL CAPITULO FINAL DE LA TEMPORADA OCHO (LA ULTIMA).
Despues de haber visto completa "MARRIED WITH CHILDREN", ésta y "HOME IMPROVEMENT" me parecen las dos mejores sitcoms de la historia. Luego de haberla visto me dí cuenta porque estuvieron 8 años en el aire. Todo el elenco me parece grandioso y soy un FANATICO de AL BORLAND. (Salvo la camisa a cuadros y la panza, me parezco a él).
Algunos capítulos son geniales, como "REEL MEN","TOO MANY COOKS" y "FIFTH ANNIVERSARY".
Sinceramente felicito a todos los que hicieron de HOME IMPROVEMENT una realidad.
Un saludo de un fanático argentino que recuperó la sonrisa después de tantas pálidas nacionales.

| Hello to everyone! Me and most of my friends are big Home Improvement fans, actually I've taped every single episode, which makes a total number of 21 video cassettes piling up in the cupboard beneath my TV-set. HI accompanied me throghout my whole youth and now it's always a highlight watching episodes both while having breakfast and late at night. Over the past 3 years the Tim Taylor grunt has become a kind of trademark in the department of the Anglistik at the university of Salzburg. Unfortunately we're confronted with tons of sitcoms nowadays, most of them dwelling somewhere between "not funny" and "cr...p". So we shouldn't take it for granted that there are TV series like HI. | Home Imrovements was our favorite sitcom, we never missed it. Now we watch re-runs. Doing repair jobs with my neighbor is like watching Tim and Al, my neighbor is dangerous with tools I try to keep him out of trouble. Once we were working on his dryer, I asked if it was unpluged, he said of course it is, oops sparks and smoke flew from the door switch when I grabbed it. My daily driver from april to november is a 68 camaro rs/ss that I restored from the frame up, the license plate reads "2L TYME". Does anybody know where I can get Tool Time stuff, hats, etc. AH AH AH |

| I wouldn´t survive my college time without HI. it´s my one and only fix point in all the day, first at 5pm and in rerun at half past one at night =))) wouldn´t miss it. At home I can even watch four (!!) different episodes a day, thanks to austrian and swiss television, pay-tv and rtl. thanx for this page, it´s so detailed information, hilarious. keep it up. |

I watched a syndication of Home Improvement every day. We are installing a dual sink in our bathroom just like in Bubble, Bubble, Toil and Trouble.
HOME IMPROVEMENT RELATED JOKE:
If Tim Allen plays James Bond, he will use a cordless drill instead of a gun. When Bond fights the bad guys, he (Tim Allen) will use a heat gun, a glue gun or a latex caulk gun to glue them. He will apply it to their mouth. And Patricia Richardson will play a Bond girl and she will wear a bikini.

HEy, there ! I just came back from the Home Improvemant Special.. It was really wonderful and alot of fun..
So many people were there..The only thing that I wished 2 be in the show was the full cast..
Not is the only thing that didn't seem or feel right.. Don't get my wrong I laughed my ass off in my sit...I can't wait 2 see what is lefted in on the final cut of the special... And by the way 1 side of the top didn't get a thing and that sux 4 our side anywho..Thanks 4 the great and wonderful show... |

| Did anyone ever notice that on the episode where the family all goes up to Travers City for a wedding and Tim and the boys go like fishing and water skiing in between there is a lady who comes in and says she is their cousin, Uncle Tubbys well she is also in the episode where Jill goes to a high school reunion and becomes friends again with her old best friend she was like the speaker. Have any of you noticed this? |

January 4, 2003 Word is that Disney is planning to release just ten episodes of "Home Improvement" to DVD in the near future. I recommend e-mailing Disney's marketing department (Disneyinfo@Disneyhelp.com) and letting them know you would prefer complete Season Sets. Seems odd that BVHE would even consider releasing anything other than season sets, with TV seasons selling as well on DVD as they are now (The Simpsons, X-Files, Mad About You Disney's own Sports Night, etc.). In more positive news, the "Home Improvement" retrospective is tentatively scheduled to tape on January 24, and to air on ABC on February 20th. Richard Karn and Debbe Dunning are expected to join Tim Allen for the taping. Tickets are not yet available.
